Extra drivers?....YES but there is an extra charge of £5 per hire.
What is a "D1" Licence ?....This is written on the back of all European Drivers Licences and entitles the driver to drive a vehicle over 9 and under 17 seats including the driver.
Can I take the vehicle "off Island ?".....No sorry, we cannot get Insurance cover.
What are the age restrictions ?.......Over 26 years and under 80 years.
Is there a Minimum or Maximum length of hire ?.... No ! please ask and we will be happy to quote you.
Do I really need to bring my drivers licence ? ......Yes, without it we are unable to let you have a car.
I understand that parking is a problem can you help ? ......Yes we will give advise on where and when parking is free and we do have parking pay cards available which can be ordered and paid for in advance.
Can I have the car at Jersey Airport to meet me? and may I leave it there after my visit ?.........YES!

Can I take a bike off Island ? .......YES but you must have a letter of authority for which there is no charge and it will be entirely at your own risk.
I am not very fit are there lots of hills ? .......Not really a problem as the Island's highest point is only 150M above sea level. Ask and we will talk over the easy routes with you.
May I fit a Zebra baby trailer to my own bike ?......No sorry for reasons of Insurance and time this is not possible.
Does my Hotel allow bikes to be kept there overnight and is it safe ? .......We know of no Hotel or Guest House that does not have a safe overnight area and good locks are provided free.
I am entering a race or challenge in Jersey why am I unable to use your bike? ..... Not a risk that we or our Insurance are prepared to accept, Sorry !
